摘　　要：对传统的CaCl2方法进行的质粒转化做出改进,用冷冻复苏法使得CaCl2转化方法更加高效,整个过程仅需2min左右。同时分析了质粒快速转化的必需条件。The traditional plasmid transformation methods with CaCl 2 was improved by introduction of freezing-thraw-ing operation.Efficient transformation of E.coli was reached by the modified CaCl 2 transformation method.The whole process of this method takes about 2minutes,and the necessary factors for rapid transformation were analyzed.
