摘　　要：系统地评述了目前研究较多的O’ Sialon基陶瓷如O’ Sialon、O’ β’ Sialon、O’ Sialon ZrO2 、O’ Sialon TiN等的机械性能、热物理性能和化学稳定性 ,介绍和展望了O’ Sialon基陶瓷的具体应用及发展前景 .Mechanical,thermophysical properties and chemical stabilities of O' Sialon matrix ceramics as O' Sialon,O' β' Sialon,O' Sialon ZrO 2,O' Sialon TiN which have been intensively studied are reviewed systematically, and then their predicted concrete application are introduced.
