摘　　要：回顾总结了湖南黄沙坪铅锌矿采矿实践。根据矿体赋存条件,就如何提高采矿工效,加强采场顶板、采场地压安全管理,有效安全地回采顶底柱,降低矿石损失贫化与采矿作业成本,最大限度地回收矿产资源,作了一些探讨。This paper expounds the mining prac tice of hunan huanshaping lead -zinc mine.Based on ores deposit condition,it makes some exploratio n about how to improve mining efficie ncy,enhance stope roof and rock press safety management,make the roof or bottom p illar effectively and safely,decre ase ores loss and povertification,r educe mining costs,recover mineral resou rces as much as possible.
