煤气洗涤水处理与回用试验研究

摘　　要：煤气洗涤水在回用过程中腐蚀和结垢趋势较强,主要是由于悬浮物、油、S2-等含量较高,研究表明,通过投加DA-Ⅰ型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺去除悬浮物和油,加锰盐作催化剂进行曝气氧化脱S2-和酚氰,在此基础上进行水质稳定处理,可使污水有效回用。The washing water used in gas producer have many impurities.such as susp ended solids.oil and S 2-which would cause scale and corrosion in th e reuse process.The studies suggest that:the preated water can be reused ef-fectively which treated by DA -Ⅰpolyacrylamide and Mn 2+stablization in water stablizer.
