摘　　要：介绍了高精度测温仪系统总体组成,探讨了数字温度传感器DS1820与单片机MCS51(8031)的接口方法以及由实现高精度测温的途径,实际使用表明该仪表具有较好的测温效果。In this paper,a instrument for high accuracy measurement of temperatur e was introduced,which was based on MCS51(8031)and DS1820.the seatures and functio ns of DS1820were described in detail.the operations shown that the methods offered high measur ing accuracy.
