从硫化铜矿制取硫酸铜工艺研究

摘　　要：硫化铜矿经粉碎 ,催化焙烧 ,浸取 ,铁屑置换制海绵铜 ,再制取符合GB4 73The process for preparation of copper sulfate from co pp er sulfide ore by catalytic roasting leaching method is studied.The result of t est shows that the extraction rate can increase greatly with proper catalytic ro astinjg operation,and the quality of the product can reach the standard of GB437 93.The roasting temperature,consumption of sulfuric acid and replacement for p reparation of sponge copper are also discussed.
