摘　　要：本文在分析现行税收优惠政策所存在的问题的同时 ,提出了税收优惠政策应重点调整优惠方向和优惠方式 。By analysing the existent problems,the thesis expounds that we must adjust the preferential direction and way and strengthen the tax revenue preferential legal construction.
