摘　　要：本文对封头失稳进行了分析,指出当压力p≤0.3[σ]'Φ)时,椭圆封头设计若壁薄,则转角区存在较大的周向压应力而造成失稳,为此封头转角区用周向薄膜应力为零的无失稳形状代替,并考虑封头成形减薄和不连续点的应力增加系数,提出了大型薄壁容器的最佳形状。This paper analyzed the stability on heads of large thin-walled pressure vessels an pointed out there is so high circumferential compressive stress at the knuckle of common ends that it will buckle if p≤0.3 [σ]~tψ and design thickness is small. A tension-only profile is used to replace the knuckle, diminishing of wall thickness by fabricating and correction of bending stress at the juncture are taken into account. At last an optimal contour is presented.
