摘　　要：合理确定生产矿井的持续生产能力是矿井生产和发展的重要战略决策 .将系统工程原理与采矿原理相结合 ,提出了确定生产矿井合理持续生产能力的原则、经济上合理的判别标准、系统分析研究的方法和步骤 ,并对东滩煤矿进行了具体分析研究 ,得到了有益的结果 .Rational determination of mine's continuous throughput is an important strategic decision making of production and development of underground mines. Based on the principle of mining and the method of system engineering, the principia, the economic criteria, the method, and the steps of determining the rational mine's continuous throughput were put forward and discussed. In addition, as an example, they were applied to determine the rational continuous throughput of Dongtan Coal Mine in about 20 years to come.
