摘  要:本文对EJMA标准中计算膨胀节疲劳损伤的Miner线性累积假设存在的缺陷,应用模糊集合理论,建立起应力水平S和循环次数n的隶属度计算式,将各个循环应力对膨胀节疲劳损伤作用大小,按“相对海明(Hamming)距离”模糊排序,在此基础上,导出了较为完善的且实用的计算累积疲劳的模糊修正公式。本文方法对压力容器及管道其它零部件累积疲劳研究亦具参考意义。In view of the defects existing in the Miner's hypothesis of linear accumulation when studying the fatigue damage of expansion joints, it is proposed in this paper, to emply the Fuzzy Sets Theory and set up the subordinate dogree equation of cyclic stress σ with the number of Cycles n. Then the contribution of each cyclic stress to the fatigue damage of erpansion joints is put to fuzzy permutation according to the Relative Hamming Distance. On this basis, the amendment to the Miner's Hypothesis is derived, which will be illustrated by examples at the end of this paper.the method proposed in this paper can also be applied to the fatigue accumlation study for other parts and conponents of pressure vessels and pipings.
