摘　　要：本文通过对3000多只溶解乙炔气瓶的检验,发现影响溶解乙炔气瓶使用安全的主要原因是由于存在着填料轴向间隙超差、易熔塞泄漏及凹坑等缺陷。分析了这些缺陷产生的原因,提出了在今后的检验中应侧重的检验项目。并对所发现缺陷的气瓶的修复以及以后新制造溶解乙炔气瓶结构方面的改进提出了建议。In this paper the main reason which influences the safe use of dissolved acetylene cylinders is discovered,which are the defects of axial gap over tolerance of stuffing、 leaking of fusible plug、dents and so on,by the practice of inspecting more than 3000 dissolved acetylene cylinders. The reason are analysed and the items which should be emphasized in future inspection are put forward. The proposal of improvement in the renovation of the dissolved acetylene cylinder which is found to be defective and its making in the future is proposed also.
