重交通道路沥青使用性能的回顾与评价

摘　　要：介绍了 1 992年以来 ,集团公司发展部组织抚顺石油化工研究院等 7个科研、生产单位 ,对七·五期间开发、生产的重交通道路沥青所铺筑的 1 1 .4× 1 0 4m2 试验路长达 9年的跟踪观测和路用性能研究概况。经过 1 4～ 1 5年行车使用 ,大多数试验路仍然保持着良好的使用状态 ,各种常见路面病害发生的程度明显小于所在公路的邻近路段 ;回收沥青的老化速度比较缓慢 ,仍可继续使用。表明这些重交通道路沥青具有良好的路用性能和抗老化性能 ,完全可以替代进口沥青 。Observation and study on pavement performance have been started for 114 thousand square meter experimental pavement since 1992 The experimental road was paved with heavy traffic paving asphalt which was researched and produced by seven scientific research departments and manufacturers,such as Fushun Institute of Petroleum & Petrochemical and so on,under the leadership of Developmont department of SINOPEC during the period of the 7th Five year Plan Most sections of the experimental pavement have been in good condition while constant damages on it obviously decreased There was slight difference of properties between original and retrieved asphalt so that the freeway could continue to be in service It was concluded that the above asphalt could meet the needs of pavement in China with its good service performance and aging resistance and could completely substitute for the imported asphalt
