摘  要:含缺陷压力管道起裂载荷的确定对石油化工压力管道的缺陷评定具有重要意义。美国 EPRI工程方法具有代表性 ,采用直流电位法实测了 6根 2 0 #钢管试样的起裂载荷 ,验证了The determination of initiation moment of pressure pipe containing defects is important for its safety assessment. A direct electric potential method is proposed to measure the initiation moment of pressure pipe containing through wall crack. The initiation moment of six pipes containing through wall crack is not only successfully tested by the proposed method, but also calculated by EPRI engineering method, the comparison and analysis of experimental and calculated results show that the proposed method is reasonable.
