摘　　要：文章探析了在建构乡村社会法治秩序过程中，应着重考虑的因素及其路径选择，如何构建国家法与民间法的良性互动关系，是建构乡村社会法治秩序应考虑的关键因素，因此，文章着重探讨了在乡村社会中，构建国家法与民间法的良性互动关系及其具体路径选择。 This paper looks into the factors and method-choice that should be carefully considered for establishing rule of law in the rural society.The vital factors to be considered for establishing rule of law in the rural society are how to con-struct the interactive relationship between state law and customary law.So what is discussed emphatically in this paper is we should construct the beneficially interactive relationship between state law and customary law,and establish the specific method-choice in the rural society.
