摘　　要：采用新型线阵 CCD改进光学多道分析器 (OMA) ,估算了该分析器的主要性能指标 ,特别是分辨率提高至约 0 .0 1 nm.利用此 OMA研究了氢和氘的 α、β和 γ三对谱线 ,说明其具有较高的分辨率和灵敏度 ,可应用于光谱分析领域 .Adoped the new CCD component, this paper reported a method used to improved simple optical multichannel analyzer, and estimated its features, which raises the resolution up to 0.01 nm. Using the OMA makes a study on H D atom spectrum, which shows that it has high resolution and sensitivity, and it can be used in the field of spetrum analysis.
