高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定中成药保济丸中木香挥发油的含量

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定羊城和香港保济丸中木香挥发油的含量 .色谱柱为ODS柱(4 6 15 0mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (40∶6 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 75nm .在 0 0 0 8%至 0 0 2 2 %的范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为Y =0 2 5 81+ 10 0 92X ,r=0 986 7.羊城药厂保济丸中木香挥发油的含量为 0 0 16 % .而香港李众胜堂保济丸中木香挥发油的含量为 0 0 5 9% .此方法简便、快速、准确 。A new method has been developed for the determination of Saussurea Lappa essential oil in Po Chai Pills by HPLC. The Chromatographic system consists of an Hyprsil ODS column(4 6150 mm) and a mobile phase of methanol-water (40∶60) mixture. The detector is set to 275 nm. The regression equations are Y=0 201x+0 8643 and r =0 98305, respectively, where Y is the peak area and x is the weight of Saussurea Lappa essential oil. The content of Saussurea Lappa essential oil in Po Chai Pills of Guangzhou is 0.016 percent, and that of Hongkong is 0.059 percent. The method is sensitive,rapid and reliable and can be used for the quality control in the production of Po Chai Pills.
