摘 要:对鲇 (SilurusasotusLinnaeus)卵母细胞发育过程的超微结构变化进行观察 .鲇成熟卵卵膜明显区分为内放射带、外放射带和透明带等 3层结构 ,透明带为颗粒细胞分泌形成 ,内、外放射带则由卵母细胞本身分泌形成 .鲇卵母细胞内卵黄颗粒的形成经历几个阶段 :卵黄蛋白原、卵黄前体颗粒、卵黄中间颗粒 ,最后形成卵黄颗粒 ,其合成或加工分别在肝脏、颗粒细胞和卵母细胞内进行 .结果还讨论了卵黄核、合成泡及环状片层等细胞器的超微结构与功能的关系等 .The temporal and spatial pathways of chorion formation and yolk accumulation during oogenesis in the catfish ( Silurus asotus Linnaeus) have been observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The mature egg is surrounded by an acellular coat conventionally called the chorion, and the three main layers, named zone pellucida, zone radiata externa and zone radiata interna starting from the outer side to the inner side close to the egg plasma membrane, can be recognized at the TEM levels. Zone pellucida is secreted by the granulose cells, and the two layers of zone radiata are secreted and assemble by the developing oocyte in discrete steps, both temporally and spatially detectable, as shown by TEM observations. According to the yolk granules formation and accumulation three main developmental stages, named previtellogenic stage, vitellogenic stage and late vitellogenic stage, can be detected during oogenis, and some of these stages can also be related to choriogenesis and follicle differentiation. The formation of yolk granule undergoes yolk protein, yolk pregranular body, yolk intermediate granules and yolk granule stages, which are synthesized and processed in liver, granulose cells and oocytes respectively. The relationship between ultrastructure and function of some organelle, such as yolk nucleus, synthetic vesicle and annulate lamella are also discussed in this paper.
