摘  要:CEP-1催化剂是一种新型的催化热裂解工艺专用催化剂,其活性组分为含磷及碱土金属的改性五元环族沸石。该催化剂可采用重质石油烃为原料,在560~650℃反应温度下生产以乙烯和丙烯为主的低碳烯烃,并且改变反应条件可调节乙烯与丙烯产率之比。介绍了CEP-1剂的研究开发过程、工业试生产和工业应用结果。该剂在中国石油大庆炼化分公司80kt/a催化热裂解装置上工业应用结果表明,以45%大庆蜡油与55%大庆减压渣油的混合油为原料,反应温度为640℃,乙烯、丙烯和丁烯产率分别为20.37%、18.23%和7.52%,CEP-1剂不但能使重质烃类裂解得到高的低碳烯烃产率,且具有优良的水热活性稳定性。CEP-1 catalyst is a new type proprietary catalyst for catalytic pyrolysis process (CPP), its main active component is phosphorus and alkali earth metal contained medified pentasil structure zeolite. The catalyst can maximize the yields of ethylene and propylene simultaneously at a reaction temperature range of 560-650℃ with heavy petroleum hydrocarbon feedstock, moreover, the ratio of ethylene/prepylene can be regulated by process parameter control. The commercial application which proceeded in CPP unit with a capacity of 80 kt/a in Daqing showed that the yields of ethylene, propylene and butylenes reached 20.37%, 18.23% and 7.52% respectively at 640℃ reaction temperature with a mixture of 45% Daqing VGO and 55% Daqing vaocuum resid feedstock. CEP-1 catalyst not only has high crackability of heavy hydrocarbons for light olefins, but also possesses good hydrothermal activity stability.
