摘 要:采用Hammett指示剂的胺滴定法和催化剂活性评价装置研究了甲基叔丁基醚裂解制异丁烯催化剂的表面酸量、表面酸强度与活性的关系 ,使用傅里叶变换原位红外光谱方法对催化剂表面酸类型进行了表征。结果表明 :催化剂的活性随其表面酸量的增加而提高 ,表面的B酸位是它的主要活性中心。In this paper the relations between the acid amount and acid strength of the catalyst surface and activity of catalyst were investigated with a fixed-bed reactor using the method of titration with tetramine in non-aqueous solvents.The acid type of catalyst surface was determined by in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The solid acid catalysts used in the experiments were prepared by impregnating γ-Al 2O 3 support with SO = 4 or PO ≡ 4 of different concentrations.The catalytic activity of catalyst increases with increasing acid amount on the catalyst surface.The Brnsted acid sites increase with increasing amount of impregnated acidicions.The Brnsted acid sites are the main catalytic active centers of the catalyst MC for cracking MTBE to isobutene.
