摘  要:目的 :研究骨愈注射液对实验性骨折愈合的影响 ,探讨中药复方针剂局部注射用药之可行性。方法 :2 2只日本大耳白兔两侧桡骨中段造成 3mm骨缺损模型 ,分成骨愈注射液组和对照组 ,分别在骨折断端以0 .2 ml的剂量等量注射骨愈注射液和生理盐水 ,每 3日 1次 ,并在规定的时间给予四环素双标 ,分别于 1 6天和 2 9天时取标本 ,进行骨形态学观察和骨组织形态计量学检测。结果 :早期骨愈组和对照组无显著性差异 ,后期骨愈组显著优于对照组。结论 :骨愈注射液应用后期可明显促进骨折愈合 ,应用早期作用不明显 ,机理不明 ,尚需进一步的研究。Objective:To study the effect of GuYu Injection experimental fracture healing. At the same time evaluated the method of compound preparation and local treatment. Methods:There are 22 three month old Japanese white big eared rabbits were used to produce models with 3mm defect in the middle of radius. These models were divided randomly into GuYu injection group and defect control group.Then 2 groups were injected respectively 0.2ml Guyu injection and normal saline into the breaking end of fracture for once every 3 days.Further more, the double mark with Tetracysline Hydrochloride were given in the fined time and samples were taken after 2 weeks and 4 weeks to make the morphological observation of the bone and the examination of bone histomorphometry.Results:There are no dates in GuYu injection group indicate significant differences from control group at the former stage of fracture, and have siggnificant differences at the latter period of fracture.Conclusion:What are mentioned above illustrates the application of GuYu injection has no remarkable effect at the former stage of fracture and its mechanism still needs further study, while the application of GuYu Injection at the latter stage may remarkably promote fracture union and improve callus quality as well as shorten union period.
