摘　　要：由于传统移位计数器状态利用不足 ,本文提出全状态移位计数器。通过分析移位计数器状态转换特点 ,得到全状态移位计数器状态转换规律。根据这种转换规律 ,总结了反馈序列的构成 ,给出了反馈序列算法以及从反馈序列求反馈函数的方法 。The article puts forward all-state shift counter for the state's using shortage of the tradition shift counter. And it gives the state-transition regulation of all-state shift counter through the analysis of shift counter state- transition characteristic. According to the regulation, it concludes the feedback sequence's composing and provides the algorithm of it. Sometime, the article provides the method of getting feedback function from feedback sequence. Thus, it systematically introduces the design of all-state shift counter.
