摘 要:用中药复方免不 1号、免不 2号治疗免疫性不育雄鼠 ,观察睾丸、附睾组织学和免疫组化的变化。用精子抗原免疫昆明种雄性小白鼠 ,建立免疫性不育动物模型 ;同时分别饲喂中药复方免不 1号、免不 2号 ,醋酸强的松 ,生理盐水 ;从组织学和免疫组化等方面观察免疫性不育症的变化。结果显示免疫性不育雄鼠血清、精囊液抗精子抗体高 ,睾丸间质、睾丸曲细精管界膜、精原细胞、附睾管上皮细胞免疫复合物沉积多 ,睾丸每曲细精管精子和晚期精子细胞减少。中药免不 1号和2号能降低抗精子抗体 ,清除免疫复合物的沉积 ,恢复曲细精管精子和晚期精子细胞数。结果表明 :免不 1号和 2号通过调节全身免疫系统 ,清除循环和局部的抗精子抗体、免疫复合物 ,提高精子和精子细胞数 。To observe the histological and immunohistochemical changes in testis and epididymis after male mice in immunological infertility were treated with Chinese drugs mixture Mianbu Ⅰ & Ⅱ. By injection the antigen of mice sperm, model mice of immunological infertility were made. The mice were fed with Mianbu Ⅰ, Mianbu Ⅱ, prednisone acetates or physiological saline in the same period of model establishment. The changes of histology and immunohistochemistry of mice of immunological infertility were observed. Result: The level of antisperm antibody (AsAb) was high in serum and seminal vesicle plasma of male mice of immunological infertility. Immune complex mostly deposited in interstitial of testis? in limiting membrane and spermatogonium of convoluted seminiferous tubule of testis and epithelia of ductus epididymidis of epididymis. The number of spermatozoa and mature spermatid per convoluted seminiferous tubule decreased. However, the traditional Chinese medicine Mianbu Ⅰ & Ⅱ could significantly reduce the level of antisperm antibody and clear out the immune complex and regain the number of sperm and mature spermatid from seminiferous tubules. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Mianbu Ⅰ & Ⅱ can clear out circulating and partial AsAb, as well as immunological complex. Hence, they can increase the number of spem and mature spermatid from seminiferous tubules and increase the pregnancy rate of mice.
