斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒(SpltNPV)基因组EcoRI-G片段的序列分析

摘　　要：斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒 (SpltNPV)基因组EcoRI G片段全长 745 0bp ,包括 7个开放读码框 :vp39、lef 4、cg30、p91、vp33、tlp2 0、AcMNPVORF81同源基因和一个同源区 (hr)。基因组排列比较分析发现 ,这些基因在基因组中的排列 。In order to investigate the genomic organzation of the Spodoptera litura multinucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus(SpltNPV),the EcoR I-G fragment located at map units(mu) 49.2-54.1 of the viral genome was sequenced.The fragment contains 2 partial and 5 complete open reading frames (ORF) representing the viral capsid protein gene vp 39 and p 91,late expression factor 4 (lef-4),cg30 gene, tlp20 gene,including homologous region(hr).Sequence analysis further revealed that these ORFs have the same conserved motifs and gene structure as those observed in their homologues from other baculovirus do.The genomic arrangement of the ORFs in the SpltNPV is similar in all the baculoviirus genome,it maybe reveals that this fragment is the conserved part in the baculovirus.
