盐分胁迫对中华补血草和高粱体内脯氨酸、脱落酸含量的影响

摘　　要：盐分胁迫条件下,中华补血草和高粱体内脱酸含量在12h内随NaCl处理浓度的增加而增高,随后则下降;脯氨酸含量则随NaCl处理浓度的增加和处理时间的延长而增加.外源脱落酸可以促进中华补血草和高粱体内脯氨酸含量的增加。Abscisic acid contents of Limonium sinense and Andropogon sorghum increase with the concentration of NaCl within 12 hours and then decrease, proline contents of the plants increase with the concentration of NaCl and the prolonging of treating time. Abscisic acid can raise the proline contents in the plants.
