摘　　要：目的 探讨制定与实施护理计划的最佳途径。方法 50例18-40岁脑肿瘤住院病人术前参与护理计划的制定与实施，结果 患者对现存的和潜在的影响自身健康的问题，治疗护理措施和目标及配合知识知晓率高，护理服务满意度100%，患者的焦虑，巩惧心理明显降低。结论 鼓励患者参与护理计划的制定与实践，有利于护理计划内容的完善与实施，提高护理服务质量。Objective To explore the best approach of drawing-up and practicing nursing plan. Methods 50 cases of brain tumor patients, who are from 18 years old to 40 years old, participated in the drawing up and practicing of nursing plan. Results The understand rate about influencing oneself health problem, treating and nursing measures, aims, cooperate was higher. The satisfactory rate was 100%. Feel anxious and fear decreased. Conclusions Encouraging patients to participate in the drawing up and practicing of the nursing plan, it improve the contents of the nursing plan, and raise service quality.
