经阴道多胎妊娠减胎术的护理

摘　　要：目的 寻求合理的多胎妊娠减胎术的护理方法,减少并发症及减轻病人的心理负担。方法 对３０例经阴道多胎妊娠减胎术采取相应的护理措施:根据惠者的复杂的心理状况,给予耐心的解释,减轻担忧,消除心理负担,取得病人的合作,做好术前的充分准备和术中严格的无菌操作,术后严密观察病情变化,预防感染和并发症的发生。结果 ３０例减胎患者中,３例流产,１０例已分娩,７例中晚期流产,１０例继续妊娠,多胎妊娠减胎成功率 ９０%(２７/３０),总流产率 ３３%(１０/３０)。结论 合理的术前准备,严材的无菌操作,术后正确的护理和生活指导是经阴道穿刺减胎成功的重要保证。Objective To find proper nursing methods of multiple pregnancy de-embryon operation, decrease complications and lighten mental burden of patients. Methods Summarizing the nursing methods of tranvaginal de-embryon operation in 30 cases of multiple pregnancy patients, which included according to the patients complex mental condition, we gave them patient explanation, lighten their worry and gained their coordination. Meanwhile we did adequate preoperative preparation, intral-operative aseptic manipula-tion and postoperative observation, prevent infection and complications occurring. Results In 30 cases pa-tients, 3 cases of abortion, 10 cases of delivery, 7 cases of midtrimester or later abortion, 10 cases of con-tinuing pregnancy. The success rate is 90% (26/30). Conclusions Rational preoperative preparation, strict aseptic manipulation, postoperative nursing and life guidance is the most important pledge of tranvagi-nal de-embryon operation.
