哮喘大鼠肾上腺皮质功能的变化及补肾定喘汤对其影响

摘　　要：目的:研究哮喘大鼠肾上腺皮质功能的变化及补肾定喘汤对其的影响。方法:用卵蛋白致敏SD大鼠的方法建立哮喘模型,随机分为模型组、必可酮组、补肾定喘汤组并设正常对照组。用放射免疫分析法测定血浆皮质酮;用酶组织化学测定肾上腺琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、3β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSD)的活性。结果:哮喘模型组血浆皮质酮降低(P<0.01),肾上腺SDH、3β-HSD活性下降(P<0.05),补肾定喘汤组血浆皮质酮水平升高(P<0.01),肾上腺SDH、3β-HSD活性增强(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘大鼠存在肾上腺皮质功能减退,补肾定喘汤能兴奋肾上腺皮质功能。Objective:To observe the change of adrenal cortical function and effect of Bushen Dingchuan Tang(Nourishing kidney and antiwheeze,BSDCT) in asthmatic rats.Methods: The model rats of asthma induced by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin were randomly divided into model control group, bedomethasone dipropronate(BDP) control group, BSDCT group, at the same time,normal control group designed.The level of corticosterone of plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay,the 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase(3β-HSD) and succinate dehydr-ogenase (SDH) of adrenal cortex were determined by enzyme histochemistry. Results:The concentration of corticosterone in plasma and the activity of 3β-HSD and SDH of adrenal cortex were decreased in the asthmatic rats,(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the concentation of and corticosterone in plasma and the activity of 3β-HSD, SDH in adrenal cortex were increased in BSDCT group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions:These results suggest that adrenal cortical function go down in asthmatic rats and is excited by BSDCT.
