摘  要:目的 观察高氟环境作业工人服用海尔福口服液前后血清生化指标的变化 ,以验证其防治效果。方法 口服海尔福 1 5天 ,每天 3次 ,测定服药前后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)、血清氟离子 (F- )及钙、磷等含量。结果 服药后血清ALT活力、MDA含量明显下降 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;血F- 下降不明显 (P >0 .0 5) ;钙含量下降 ,磷含量升高 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,但仍在正常范围内。Objective To confirm the preventive efficacy of Haierfu Oral Liquid on workers exposed to fluorine by observing serum biological changes before and after taking Haierfu Oral Liquid. Methods The workers were given Haierfu Oral Liquid for 15 days, three times a day. Then the serum alanine transaminase (ALT) activity, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), serum fluorine ion (F -), calciun (Ca 2+ ), and phosphorus (P) before and after taking Haierfu Oral Liquid were detected. Results After taking Haierfu Oral Liquid, the serum ALT activity and MDA content decreased significantly (P<0.001); serum F - decreased slightly (P>0.05); the content of Ca 2+ lowered and P elevated (P<0.001) within normal range. Conclusions Haierfu Oral Liquid could protect workers exposed to fluorine from liver injury and resist oxidation.
