德国离心油泵粘度换算图及其数学表达式

摘　　要：本文介绍德国KSB公司的粘度换算图,并利用数理统计和回归的方法对该粘度换算图进行公式化处理,得出了换算系数（流量、扬程和效率）与修正雷诺数的关系式,并归纳了换算系数与修正雷诺数之间的关系曲线,最后通过两个实例表明计算结果与查图结果具有很好的一致性,因此本文提出的数学表达式可以用来替代换算图。Based on KSB Germany published charts, after digitizing with mathematical statistics and regression, the functions of the correction factors (capacity, head and efficiency) and Reynolds number are set up, and the curves between correction factors and Reynolds number are concluded. Two examples prove that proposed mathematics model has good accuracy. So the equations that replace diagrams can be used to correct centrifugal-pump performance for viscous liquid.
