摘 要:对一离心通风机在设计工况时的整机内部流场进行了数值模拟,捕捉到了离心通风机内部许多重要的流动现象,证实了蜗壳、叶轮间相互作用引起的整流场不对称性,并预示了叶轮内部的重要流动特征。所得到的分析结果对探讨影响离心通风机效率的原因、改进叶型设计、扩大运行工况范围等研究内容,提供了重要的理论依据。The numerical analysis of the inner flow field is presented, at the design point for a centrifugal fan. As a result, many complex phenomena have been captured, and the interaction between casing and impeller, which leads to the asymmetry of the flow field, has also been proved numerically. In addition, the important feature of the flow inside the impeller has been predicted clearly based on the research. It can be concluded that the results are very important and available for investigating the efficiency, improving the aerofoil, operation range and others.
