摘 要:报道了采用含硫化物废碱液净化处理AS煤气脱硫系统克劳斯尾气的中试研究结果。中试装置设计能力为 2 0 0m3 /h ,实际处理能力最高可达 2 4 0m3 /h。试验表明 ,在 pH值为 8 5~ 9 0 ,反应温度为 70℃左右 ,采用含硫化物废碱液脱除AS系统克劳斯尾气中SO2 ,同时生成H2 S是适合的。在试验条件下 ,SO2 脱除率 >98% ,总硫脱除率 >98% ,由于尾气中CO2 参与了系统的化学平衡 ,实际H2 S转化率比理论值高 ,并使最终以硫磺形式从废碱液中回收硫化物成为可能。该技术对AS煤气脱硫系统用户来说 ,经济社会效益尤其明显。A pilot research on cleaning the tail gas from Claus reactor by using a waste alkali solution containing sulfide is reported in this article. The maximum capacity for treatment of the gas by the pilot equipment practically reaches 240 m 3/h,though the designed capacity is 200 m 3/h.It shows that to use waste alkali solution containing sulfide to clean the tail gas from the Claus reactor in the AS Process as operated at pH 8 5~9 0 and 70℃ is suitable. Under experimental conditions, the removal fraction of both SO 2 and total sulfur are as high as 98% and 98% respectively. Nevertheless, conversion of H 2S from SO 2 is much higher than the theoretical value as contributed to the existence of CO 2 highly in the tail gas so that it is available to recover sulfide as sulfur element eventually from waste alkali solution. Finally it is said that economic profit and social welfare can be readily obtained by applying the current technology to the AS process user.
