摘　　要：目标毁伤评判是C3I系统的一个重要组成部分,在指挥决策中它是决定是否对目标实施 第二次打击的主要判据。首先定义了目标毁伤评判的量化等级,其次讨论了目标毁伤评判特征参量的选取规则和目标毁伤评判函数的建立规则,最后以目标图像和目标轨迹平滑度为例,给出了目标毁伤等级量化评判的详细过程。Target destructive estimation is an import component of C3I system and a main criterion in command decision whether carries out the second strike for target. The quantization level for target destructive estimation is first defined, then selection rules of characteristic parameters for target destructive estimation and establishment rules for target destructive estimation function are discussed. Finally using target image and trajectory smoothness as examples, a detailed process for quantization estimation of target destructive level is given.
