摘　　要：目的 :评价醋酸地塞米松双层缓释贴膜的生物安全性。方法 :采用该贴膜分别进行细胞毒性实验、溶血实验、急性毒性实验 (小鼠 )和口腔粘膜刺激实验 (新西兰白兔 )。 结果 :该贴膜无明显的细胞毒性作用 ;急性毒性实验结果无毒 ;溶血率为0 .4 6 % ;口腔粘膜刺激实验结果 ,实验组与阴性对照组无显著性差异。 结论 :醋酸地塞米松双层贴膜具有良好的生物安全性。Objective:To evaluate the biological safety of the sustained release bistratal drug film of dexamethasoni acetate (DA). Methods:A series of tests, including acute toxicity test, cytotoxity test (agar overlay), oral mucous membrane irritation test and haemolysis test were conducted. Results:Cytotoxic effect was not observed, nor was toxic effect in mouse toxicity test. The haemolysis rate of this material was 0.46%. Local mucous membrane irritation reaction was not found. Conclusion:The drug film of DA shows excellent biocompatibility on the preliminary tests.
