醋柳黄酮对高血压病患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨醋柳黄酮对高血压病患者肾功能的影响。方法　 1999～ 2 0 0 1年在我院就诊或住院且符合入选标准的高血压病患者共 116例 ,将其随机分为两组 :醋柳黄酮 (TFH)组 5 8例 ,卡托普利 (CAP)组 5 8例 ,观察治疗前后肾功能指标的变化。结果　两组高血压病患者治疗前、后的血压值间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗前、后两组患者 2 4小时尿白蛋白、尿β2 -MG、血β2 -MG含量间的差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;两组高血压病患者尿白蛋白下降幅度与SBP、DBP下降幅度间均无相关关系 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　醋柳黄酮有显著降低高血压病患者尿微量蛋白及保护肾功能作用 。Objective To investigate the effect of total flavones of hippophae rhamnoides L(TFH) on renal function in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods 106 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital since 1999～2001 were randomly divided into two groups.Each patient in TFH group(n=58) took orally TFH,treated with three doses of TFH(10mg,20mg,30mg),three times per day.Patients in CAP group were treated with three doses of CAP(12.5mg,25.0mg,37.5mg),three times per day.Both of the two groups were treated with minor dose first,and the dose were added up if blood pressure >140/90mmHg after 4～6 weeks.Treatment lasted for four months.Parameters of renal function were measured before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in blood pressure value of patients in two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in urinary albumin value in 24 hours (mg/24h),urine β 2-MG (mg/L) content,blood β 2-MG(mg/L) content between two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant relationships between the descending range of urinary albumin and that of SBP or DBP in both groups (SDP:r=-0.080,-0.190,P>0.05;DBP:r=-0.211,-0.390,P>0.05).Conclusion TFH can decrease urinary albumin excretion and protect renal function of patients with essential hypertension,and its effect is similar to that of CAP.
