摘　　要：铁路通讯系统以其特有的行业特点 ,对地理信息和相应的软件平台的需求尤为突出。针对这种特点 ,讨论了通讯线路设计与维护GIS的设计思想。Based on the characteristics of railway communication system, the system especially requires geographic information and its relevant software platform. In allusion to the characteristics, this paper discusses the designing thinking of communication line designing and maintenance of GIS, solution scheme and basic functions.
