截齿损耗及其影响因素的分析

摘　　要：本文分析、确定了截齿损坏的主要形式，介绍了截齿消耗的计算方法，系统地分析了各种因素对截齿消耗的影响，这对于正确地确定截齿消耗量、采取更加有效的措施减少截齿的消耗、降低生产成本、提高煤炭生产的经济效益都具有极其重要的意义。Main forms of pick loss are analyzed and determined in the paper, the method calculating the loss is introduced, effects of various factors on pick loss are systematically an- alyzed, which mean a great deal for determining correctly quantity of pick loss, taking more effective measures to cut down pick consumption, and reducing production cost, increasing economical benefit of coal production.
