摘　　要：总结了中等嗜热菌浸出硫化矿的研究和应用现状 ,包括浸出机理、工艺、影响因素及强化手段等。This paper summarized present situation on investigation and application about bioleaching of sulfides,including leaching mechanism,technology of bioleaching,affecting factors and intensification measures.The prospects of investigation and applications were pointed out.
