摘 要:竖井改作溜井存在一系列的技术难题需要解决 ,如何防治溜井堵塞事故是其中的关键技术之一。用沙坝矿针对高溜井试运行时出现的矿流不畅及堵塞现象 ,采取了很多处理措施 ,效果不佳。在综合分析了现场情况 ,根据散体流动规律及放矿学理论 ,提出了溜井改造技术方案。推荐的最佳方案在实施后 ,经过一个月的连续试车运行 ,共放出矿石 3万t ,溜井运行情况良好 ,改造取得圆满成功。For transformation of shaft into raise, several technical issues remain unsolved, one of which is jamming. In Yongshaba Mine, many measures are adopted to address unsmoothed ore flow and raise jamming in trial operation of the high raise which used to be a shaft, with limited effectiveness. Proposals for technical renovation of the raise were suggested based on a comprehensive analysis of the field situation and according to the bulk flow rule and ore draw theory. Since the commission of the recommended optimal proposal, for about one month, continuous pilot running has drawn 30 kt ore , with good operational performance, indicating that the renovation is a great success.
