摘　　要：针对我国铝型材电泳涂装的发展现状 ,着重介绍了用于铝型材的电泳涂装工艺 .还介绍了阳极电泳涂装的原理 ,电泳涂料和涂装工艺及阳极电泳的设备 ,分析了影响电泳涂装的主要因素。This article introduced the present domestic status of the electrophoretic coating process of aluminum. The principle of anode electrophoretic coating, the preparation of electro deposition coating, the electrophoretic coating process and the instrument of anode electro coating was also described in this article. The primary influence factors to the electrophoretic coating were discussed. Some useful advices to the development of domestic electrophoretic coating of aluminum were proposed in the end.
