亚共晶白口铸铁激光表面强化的微观组织特征

摘　　要：对要求高耐磨的大型工件常用的亚共晶白口铸铁材料进行了不同条件的激光表面强化处理。重点分析研究其微观组织特征 ,目的是解决亚共晶白口铸铁使用寿命短和脆性大的难题。The surface of the hypoeutectic white cast iron of great wearable work piece in common use was treated by laser hardening. The analysis and study laid emphasis on the microstructure characteristic of hypoeutectic white cast iron in order to resolve the difficult problems of low useful life and high brittleness.
