延边地区儿童EBV抗体血清流行病学研究

摘　　要：用间接免疫荧光法对吉林省延边地区305例儿童外周血及40份脐带血进行了EB病毒抗体的检测,在0～2月组其阳性率为85.7％,此后阳性率下降,5～6月组为25.0％,达最低值,7～11个月组抗体阳性率为33.3％,1岁组为72.5％,1～3岁组阳性率急剧上升,以后保持在90～100％。汉族儿童的抗体阳性率高于朝族儿童,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。The antibodies to EBV in pelipheral blood in 305 children and in 40 cord blood in Yanbian, Jilin, were measured by indirect immunofluorecence technique. The positive rate of antibodies coming from mother's bodies was 85.7% in children aged 0 to 2 months, and then began to decreased; 25% from 5 to 6 months of age. The positive rate of antibodies was: 33.3% in children from 7 to 11 months of age, 72.5% in children aged 1 year, increased sharply between 1 and 3 years old, and then kept 92—100% from 8 to 15 years old. In children, the posotie rate in the Han nationality was significantly higher than that in the Korean one (P<0.05).
