摘 要:通过对苗期大豆下胚轴创伤接种 ,测定了大豆疫霉菌株S317(分离自中国东北 )和Pmg 1、Pmg 2、Pmg 3(分离自进口美国 2号大豆携带的土壤 )对江苏省 30个大豆品种的致病性。结果显示 :30个大豆品种对菌株S317高度感病 ;2 7个大豆品种对菌株Pmg 1、Pmg 2、Pmg 3高度感病 ,另有 3个品种表现为抗病。同时 ,测定了供试菌株的卵孢子在南京土壤中的存活能力。结果供试菌株的卵孢子在土壤中埋存 9个月 ,仍有 6 6 %~ 13 3%具有萌发能力。上述结果表明 ,大豆疫霉在江苏省具有较强的适生性 。The pathogenicity and survival ability of 4 isolates of Phytophthora sojae were determined by inoculating them to hypocotyls of soybean seedlings of 30 cultivars and by recovering their oospores from soils.The isolates included S317 from China,Pmg 1,Pmg 2 and Pmg 3 newly isolated from soils carried around the soybean seeds imported from The United States.Based on our data,all of the cultivars were susceptible to isolate S317.Twenty seven cultivars were susceptible to each of isolates Pmg 1,Pmg 2 and Pmg 3,and only 3 cultivars were resistant to them.The 4 isolates also were tested for survival potential in the fields.Oospores were able to germinate under laboratory conditions following burying in field soils for 9 months.Therefore, P sojae can well fit the environment in Jiangsu Province and the foreign inocula could threaten the production of soybean in the area if they are introduced.
