摘　　要：通过野外调查制图和室内分析计算 ,在全面掌握试区土地质量和利用现状的基础上 ,探讨总结了土地利用的特点和存在的主要问题 ,根据持续土地利用原则 ,提出试区土地开发利用总体方案。By the field surveying cartography and indoor analyzing calculation, land quality and using actuality in the test area were found out. Then the characters and principal problems of land using at present were discussed and summarized. In accordance with the principles of sustainable land using,the total project of land exploiting and using, arranging pattern and applying approach were advanced.
