摘　　要：“小高层”住宅(7～11层)因其特有的优势逐渐成为当今住宅发展中一种不可忽略的形式。文章从“小高层”住区的景观轮廓与空间限定、住宅形象与造型艺术及住区人与自然的关系等方面探讨了“小高层”住区整体风貌与环境特色。Because of its unique advantage,the7-11Storied housing becomes one of important forms of current housing,which has a bright future.Focused on this form of housing,the paper discusses the environment and features of the housing estate in respect of skyline and space boundary,appearance and art of the housing,and the relationship between the nature and inhabitants.
