摘　　要：中小户型在房产市场较受欢迎,好的中小户型实用性更强,能满足各种居住要求,为业主创造了更广阔的保值与增值空间。文章通过设计方案实例,介绍了100m2左右的户型在平面布置及功能设计。Medium and small size houses are welcome in real estate market.Practical medium and small size houses can meet different dwelling requirements and create widerspace of the pr eservation of increase in property value for the householder.With three design examples,the author introduces advantages of about 100m 2 size houses in respect of plan layout and function design.
