摘　　要：通过对某多层砖混结构住宅楼严重开裂事故的调查与分析,阐述了该楼质量事故的主要原因并作出了定量分析,提出了处理措施和房屋基础设计应以建筑场地工程地质勘察资料为依据。Based on the investigation and analysis of the serious crack accident of a multi-sto ried brick and concrete mixed building,the main reason of the accident is described,quantita-tive analysis is made foundation design should be based on the project site geological investiga-tion data.
