摘　　要：结合公路桥梁抗震三级设防标准和两阶段抗震设计的设计思想 ,拓广应用于公路桥梁抗风设计中。讨论了公路桥梁抗风三级设防标准 ,提出了公路桥梁的抗风多级设防原则 ,阐述了公路桥梁两阶段抗风设计的设计思想 ,为公路桥梁进行优化设计提供了一个切实可行的途径。The anti seismic design concept of three stage protection criteria and two phase anti seismic are applied to the anti wind design for highway bridges. Discussion about three stage protection criteria and the principle of this multi stage protection for anti wind are presented as well as the clarification of two phase anti wind design concept. A practicable method for optimizing the anti wind for highway bridges is provided.
