带血管蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣尿道成形术治疗复杂性尿道狭窄的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗复杂性尿道狭窄的新方法。方法　用“带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣”治疗 8只云南雄性犬的长段尿道球膜部人工缺损。 8只狗均为符合实验外科要求的云南杂种犬。结果　术后 3月行逆行尿道造影 ,除一例会阴漏尿外 ,7例造影通畅 ,无狭窄、憩室、结石等并发症。结论　本方法操作相对简单、效果可靠、确切 ,是一种可供选择的新方法。Objective To study a new and better method to treat the complicated urethral strictures.Methods 8 male dogs were used in the study.All of them were created a artificial defect of urethra(3cm long)and repaired with the pedicled scrotal septum flap. Results Three months later,except 1 case,the results of other 7 cases were good on urethrographies,with no stricture,diverticula,stones and so on.Conclusions This method is simple and effective.It is an alternative method to cure the complex urethral stenosis.
