摘 要:根据风口内实际情况建立了具有普遍意义的高炉风口磨损量的数学模型 .遵循质量守恒、动量守恒、混合组分平衡的基本规律 ,用k-ε方程描述风口内气 粒两相的湍流流动 ,并基于SIMPLE思想 ,通过对Euler正交坐标下节点离散化方程的耦合关系 ,对喷枪改型前后高炉风口内气 粒两相湍流流动进行了分析求解 ,然后根据风口壁面附近的速度场与浓度场的计算结果 ,采用风口磨损模型 ,预测风口壁面的磨损量 .研究结果表明 :使用多股流喷吹粉煤 。A general mathematical model is established to predict the erosion of tuyere due to pulverized coal injection due to pulverized coal injection according to the basic law of the conservations of mass, momentum, energy and the balance of mixing component. The authors analyse three dimension air solid two phase flow. Turbulent flow of 3D gas particle two phase is characterized by the k ε model. And on the basis of SIMPLE method, the different numerical methods are applied according to the interconnection features between variable and the computational region. The flow fields of 3D gas particle two phase in BF tuyere due to pulverized coal injected by two different types of lance are simulated, the velocity field and concentration field near the surface of BF tuyere, and the rate of erosion are given. The results show that the lance with multiple holes can greatly reduce the rate of tuyere erosion.
