摘  要:研究了可交联硅烷接枝聚乙烯共混物(PEBX)的熔体流动速率(MFR),维卡软化点测试过程中的温度变形关系,拉伸性能及结晶行为等性质.研究结果表明:(Ⅰ)纯聚乙烯共混物(PEB)的MFR基本上不随时间变化,而PEBX的MFR随时间减小;(Ⅱ)在相同的温度下,交联后的聚乙烯共混物(CPEBX)的变形量小于PEB和PEBX,而PEBX又小于PEB,在维卡软化点附近的温度,CPEBX的变形速率远小于PEB和PEBX;(Ⅲ)CPEBX有交联,但其断裂伸长率与PEBX和PEB的相近,未受到交联的影响,其屈服应力高于PEBX和PEB;(Ⅳ)CPEBX的熔点和熔程与PEBX及PEB的差不多,但结晶度比后两者的有所升高.讨论了产生上述特性的原因.Melt flow rate (MFR), temperature-strain correlation in the process of Vicat softening point testing, tensile stress-strain properties and crystallizing behavior of crosslinkable silane grafted polyethylene blend (PEBX) have been investigated in the present article. Results showed: ( Ⅰ) MFR of PEBX decreased with time at 190 ℃, exerting a pressure of 50N, while that of PEB generally kept constant; (Ⅱ) the strain of crosslinked silane grafted polyethylene blend (CPEBX) was lower than those of PEBX and PEB at the same temperature observed from the temperature-strain curves, and the deformation rate of CPEBX was lower than those of PEBX and PEB; (Ⅲ) the elongation at break of CPEBX was almost similar with those of PEBX and PEB though its macromolecular chains werecrosslinked, but the creep stress of CPEBX was higher than those of PEBX and PEB; (Ⅳ) for the crystallizing behavior, the melting points and melting temperature range of CPEBX, PEBX and PEB were similar, however, the crystallinity of CPEBX was higher than those of PEBX and PEB. The reason causing these unique properties was discussed also.
